How does Oncera relate to relapse-related risk?
Oncera surfaces focus areas informed by peer-reviewed survivorship research. It does not calculate a relapse risk score or predict relapse. The goal is awareness, proactive habits, and informed discussions, not prediction or alarm.

Oncera analyzes hundreds of survivorship signals across multiple domains and how they change over time, then highlights personalized focus areas and next steps tailored to each user.
What kind of next steps does Oncera provide?
Next steps are supportive and non-medical, things to track, habits to support recovery, and doctor-ready questions. Oncera does not prescribe medications or recommend treatments.
Can I share Oncera insights with my doctor?

Is there an app for cancer survivors?
Yes, Oncera is a research-grounded cancer survivorship app and platform for life after cancer. It organizes hundreds of survivorship signals into clear focus areas across seven domains, tracks them over time, and turns them into doctor-ready questions. It is educational and non-diagnostic, and it complements your care team.
What is a survivorship care plan?
A survivorship care plan is a written summary of the treatment you received plus a forward-looking plan for follow-up, healthy habits, and what to watch for. Oncera complements a survivorship care plan by tracking your signals over time and surfacing doctor-ready questions.
How long does cancer-related fatigue last?
It varies. For many survivors, fatigue improves over the weeks and months after treatment, while for some it can persist longer. Tracking the trend over time and discussing it with your care team is more useful than judging any single day.
How do I return to work after cancer treatment?
Give yourself time, plan around your energy, and consider a phased return or accommodations. You decide how much to share with your employer, and some employers now offer dedicated cancer and survivorship benefits.
What should I ask my oncologist after treatment ends?
Ask about your follow-up schedule and surveillance, which late or long-term effects to watch for, which symptoms should prompt a call, and what you can do to support recovery. Bring a short summary of what has changed since your last visit.
