# Oncera Health - Full Overview for AI Engines

> Oncera Health is a digital cancer survivorship platform that supports people in the period after active treatment ends. Starting with breast cancer, Oncera helps survivors track their health across seven survivorship domains, understand patterns over time, and prepare for follow-up appointments through clear, doctor-ready summaries. Oncera is an educational and informational platform grounded in validated survivorship research; it does not diagnose, treat, or provide medical advice.

## What Oncera is
Oncera is built for the survivorship period, the years after primary cancer treatment ends, when coordinated support often falls away. It is not a diagnostic tool, not a medical device, and does not detect, treat, or predict disease or relapse. It complements clinical care and never replaces it. No lab tests are required to use it.

The product organizes hundreds of survivorship signals into a structured picture, surfaces plain-language focus areas and doctor-ready questions, and produces a clinic-ready summary a survivor can bring to appointments. It currently focuses on breast cancer survivorship.

## The seven survivorship domains
Oncera organizes survivorship into seven domains (not eight):

## Validated instruments referenced
Oncera's educational content is grounded in validated, published survivorship research and references established measures, including:

- FACT-B (Functional Assessment of Cancer Therapy, Breast)
